What kind of files are installed on the client along with the Office Plug-in?
We install only DLL's that registers as COM Add-In's in Microsoft Office, these will on first start add a new button in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
In Microsoft Word we use a template called EPiServer.dot that is added to the user's Startup folder for Microsoft Word. We do not modify the Normal.dot file.
