Drag-and-drop stops working after applying MS04-038 IE security updates

The MS04-038 security updates for Internet Explorer block some of the drag-and-drop functionality used by the tree in Edit mode.
Affected functions:
- Drag-and-drop in Edit mode to copy or move a page
- Drag-and-drop a page to the editor used by EPiFields
ElektroPost has a hotfix for this issue, where our drag-and-drop functionality has been adapted to new security rules invoked by Microsoft.

Installation instructions:
- Unzip the file.
- Copy DragAndDrop.js to <episerver>/Util/JavaScript
- If the problem still remains after applying this hotfix, clear the cache in Internet Explorer.
