Invalid "security vulnerability" link during installation

During the installation of a new site in EPiServer Manager 1.0 and 1.1, you may get a dialog that warns you about a security vulnerability in the NET Framework. When you click Yes in the dialog, the browser will try to load an invalid link at microsoft.com.
