Q: Why do I get the error message "Login failed for user '<username>'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server Connectionl."?
A: Probably because you're SQL Server is not configured to work in mixed mode.
- Open Enterprise Manager
- Right click on the database which is running EPiServer.
- Choose Properties in the popup menu
- Select the tab Security
- Check SQL Server and Windows according to the window below.
