The EPiServer Scheduler Service does not appear to be active, it may have been stopped.
Scheduled jobs are not executed automatically by the scheduler. Instead, the following message appears in the scheduler log:
"The EPiServer Scheduler Service does not appear to be active, it may have been stopped"
